Selebihnya, dari ubi kayu sekitar 22,26 persen, jagung 18,9 persen, dan kentang 4,99 persen. Namun saat ini, beras kemudian mendominasi kebutuhan pokok, menyebabkan konsumsi selain beras nyaris hilang.<\/p>\n<div class=\"components__NormalWidth-sc-1ukv6c0-0 gIxCuB\" data-key=\"4032430\">\n<div class=\"Viewweb__StyledView-p5eu6e-0 iLSTZt track_paragraph\" data-key=\"4032430\">\n<div class=\"TextBoxweb__StyledTextBox-sc-1wzqkk1-0 dNLHxU\"><span class=\"Textweb__StyledText-sc-1fa9e8r-0 jATCuv components__InlineTableText-ul8wq4-0 drMAgy\">Padahal sebagai negara tropis, Indonesia dikaruniai kekayaan biodiversitas agraris. Salah satunya ketersediaan ragam sumber hayati penghasil karbohidrat. Potensi ini yang kurang dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat karena hanya menggantungkan kebutuhan karbohidrat dari beras. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"components__NormalWidth-sc-1ukv6c0-0 gIxCuB\" data-key=\"4032433\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"components__NormalWidth-sc-1ukv6c0-0 gIxCuB\" data-key=\"4032434\">\n<div class=\"Viewweb__StyledView-p5eu6e-0 iLSTZt track_paragraph\" data-key=\"4032434\">\n<div class=\"TextBoxweb__StyledTextBox-sc-1wzqkk1-0 dNLHxU\"><span class=\"Textweb__StyledText-sc-1fa9e8r-0 jATCuv components__InlineTableText-ul8wq4-0 drMAgy\">Melalui program Global Environment Facility-Small Grant Program (GEF-SGP) di Gorontalo, Jaring Advokasi Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Alam (Japesda) bersama Marsudi Lestantun&#8211; kelompok masyarakat lokal&#8211;, menekan ketergantungan masyarakat akan beras, dengan pelatihan diversifikasi pangan lokal di UPT SP3 Pabuoto belum lama ini. Dari 50 peserta, sekitar 45 persennya adalah perempuan. Masyarakat ini dilatih untuk dapat mengolah hasil kebunnya menjadi berbagai olahan produk yang siap dijual dan dikonsumsi. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"components__NormalWidth-sc-1ukv6c0-0 gIxCuB\" data-key=\"4032448\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"components__NormalWidth-sc-1ukv6c0-0 gIxCuB\" data-key=\"4032450\">\n<div class=\"Viewweb__StyledView-p5eu6e-0 iLSTZt track_paragraph\" data-key=\"4032450\">\n<div class=\"TextBoxweb__StyledTextBox-sc-1wzqkk1-0 dNLHxU\"><span class=\"Textweb__StyledText-sc-1fa9e8r-0 jATCuv components__InlineTableText-ul8wq4-0 drMAgy\">Pelatihan ini selain untuk menekan ketergantungan konsumsi beras, juga untuk memberi kemampuan kepada masyarakat agar memiliki alternatif ekonomi. Selain itu, juga sebagai wujud menciptakan ketahanan pangan dari lokal. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"components__NormalWidth-sc-1ukv6c0-0 gIxCuB\" data-key=\"4032453\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"components__NormalWidth-sc-1ukv6c0-0 gIxCuB\" data-key=\"4032454\">\n<div class=\"Viewweb__StyledView-p5eu6e-0 iLSTZt track_paragraph\" data-key=\"4032454\">\n<div class=\"TextBoxweb__StyledTextBox-sc-1wzqkk1-0 dNLHxU\"><span class=\"Textweb__StyledText-sc-1fa9e8r-0 jATCuv components__InlineTableText-ul8wq4-0 drMAgy\">Ahmad Bahsoan, koordinator program tersebut menyampaikan, bahwa pelatihan ini juga melatih masyarakat bagaimana mengelola pertanian di lahan miring dengan menerapkan terasering. Selain itu juga, ada pelatihan pembibitan dan penamanan bibit tanaman buah dan kayu. Menurutnya, penting untuk masyarakat juga tahu bagaimana produk yang mereka buat mampu diterima pasar, atau mampu menciptakan pasarnya sendiri.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"components__NormalWidth-sc-1ukv6c0-0 gIxCuB\" data-key=\"4032474\">\n<div class=\"Viewweb__StyledView-p5eu6e-0 iLSTZt track_paragraph\" data-key=\"4032474\">\n<div class=\"TextBoxweb__StyledTextBox-sc-1wzqkk1-0 dNLHxU\"><span class=\"Textweb__StyledText-sc-1fa9e8r-0 jATCuv components__InlineTableText-ul8wq4-0 drMAgy\">Adalah Vivi Suaib, salah satu pemilik produk olahan pisang. Kepada masyarakat, ia memberi semangat untuk masyarakat dalam menciptakan produk olahan sendiri. Sebagai pelaku IKM yang sudah lebih dahulu memulai usaha, Vivi memberi motivasi untuk masyarakat agar dapat secara konsisten mencoba mengolah hasil kebun yang mereka tanam. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"components__NormalWidth-sc-1ukv6c0-0 gIxCuB\" data-key=\"4032477\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"components__NormalWidth-sc-1ukv6c0-0 gIxCuB\" data-key=\"4032478\">\n<div class=\"Viewweb__StyledView-p5eu6e-0 iLSTZt track_paragraph\" data-key=\"4032478\">\n<div class=\"TextBoxweb__StyledTextBox-sc-1wzqkk1-0 dNLHxU\"><span class=\"Textweb__StyledText-sc-1fa9e8r-0 jATCuv components__InlineTableText-ul8wq4-0 drMAgy\">Dengan ubi jalar, ubi kayu, pisang, buah naga, dan hasil kebun lainnya, Vivi bersama masyarakat langsung mempraktikan berbagai teknik dalam pengolahan hasil kebun tersebut. Sedangkan untuk ke sana, selain jauh, juga akses jalannya sulit. Dikutip dalam laman online resminya, Kementan RI mendorong pemerintah daerah untuk mengembangkan potensi sumber pangan lokal, dan mengajak masyarakat agar mengubah pola pikir tentang beras. Bahwa beras atau nasi bukan satu-satunya sumber karbohidrat. Masih banyak sumber lokal.
