The graffiti, which stretches almost 500 meters, creates a different atmosphere along the banks of the Ciliwung River, making it more cheerful. It's hard to imagine that the area is prone to flooding. Like in general elections, the Ciliwung riverbank area is hit by major floods every five years. For example, floods in 2002 and 2007.
