Grafiti yang panjangnya hampir 500 meter memberikan suasana berbeda di tepi sungai Ciliwung, suasana lebih berwarna. Tidak terlihat jelas bahwa kawasan tersebut rawan banjir.<\/p>\n<p>Seperti halnya Pemilu, bantaran Sungai Ciliwung mengalami banjir besar setiap lima tahun sekali seperti banjir besar pada tahun 2002 dan 2007.
