- Ecosystem services within the targeted landscapes increase through a multi-functional land use system.
- The sustainability of production systems in the targeted landscapes is strengthened through integrated agro-ecological practices.
- The livelihoods of communities in coastal and marine ecosystems as well as forest ecosystems are enhanced through the development of small-scale environmentally friendly community enterprises and increased market access.
- The existence of multi-stakeholder partnerships to manage the development and implementation of integrated low-emission community-based systems.
- Adoption (for development, demonstration, and financing) of energy-efficient and renewable technologies as well as mitigation options at the community level increases.
