Photo 4. This discussion was attended by an audience meeting involving the central GEF working team and the host institution. This time the aim was to ask about the impacts and problems that would arise for Semau Island residents who live in forest areas and to see what assistance BKPH could provide. as an institution that manages forest areas.

Musrembang RPJMD District. Kupang
Musrembang RPJMD Kupang Regency 2019-2024 with the elected Regent and Deputy Regent.
PROJECT IMPACT
There is good cooperation between the District Government. Kupang, Provincial Government with partners working on the island.
Partners are actively involved in various activities at the district level. Kupang and NTT Province.
There is collaboration between Partners and the Government in solving development problems on Semau Island.
Encourage citizen participation in various activities and programs on Semau Island.
PROJECT SUSTAINABILITY
- Encourage the Regency Government to improve services in various fields on Semau Island which have often been forgotten.
- Advocating for the District Government Kupang and NTT to pay attention to Semau Island, which is a small island with its own characteristics that need special handling in implementing development programs
- Encourage the District Government Kupang and NTT allocates budget and programs to prepare the Semau community to face changes following the establishment of Semau Island as one of the NTT Provincial Government's flagship tourism programs and the existence of Semau Island as a small island.
