Objective 1 :
Training on Making Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC).
Photo: 1. The process of refining the ingredients for making POC, 90% of the ingredients used are on the island at will, and it is very easy to get them.
This POC training activity was carried out in 5 assisted villages on a group basis, namely Hansisi, Huilelot, Batuinan, Uitiuh Ana and Uitih Tuan.
Photo 2: All ingredients are put in a drum and undergo a fermentation process for 14 days. POC can now be used on plants.

Objective 2:
Pig Feed Training
Pig feed formulation training was carried out in 5 assisted villages, with an average of 25 participants per village. Some of the materials for the training were provided by the participants independently, such as corn, bran, and some were provided by the IMUT Motorcycle Gang. The training process is material presentation, discussion and practice.

Objective 3 :
Honey Farming Practice
Beekeeping training activities were carried out at the Kontema Farmers group and the Sinar Karya Farmers Group in Uitiuh Ana Village. This activity is packaged in discussion and practice

PROJECT OUTCOMES
- POC training, in February 2019 in 5 assisted villages on a group basis involving a total of 144 people (P= 46 and L= 98).
- Training on Pig Feed Ration Formulation for Starter, Grower and Finisher Phases, in March involving 135 people (P=52 and L=83).
- Honey farming training for the Sinar Karya and Kontema farmer groups in Uitiuh Ana village in February 2020 was involved. 18 0rang (P=2 and L= 16).

PROJECT IMPACT
- Can save production costs (purchase of fertilizer and animal feed).
- Communities are more empowered by utilizing local resources in the surrounding environment.
- By raising bees you can reduce tree cutting and try to plant various types of trees.
- By being able to make their own fertilizer, people can advocate for government policies.
