Exit strategy GEF SGP Indonesia Phase VI 2017-2021 Terasmitra journey in running Exit Strategy project during the period of 2017-2021 has shown significant results. The workplan in the initial project and continuous improvement during the process of project shows Terasmitra’s growth direction to an independent organization. Komunitas Kupang Batanam terbentuk dari sebuah kepedulian untuk menyediakan pangan yang sehat, berdaulat dan dekat dengan rumah tangga. Hal ini lahir dari sebuah keprihatinan akan pola pertanian yang kurang memperhatikan input bagi tanaman seperti pupuk pabrik yang berlebihan, penggunaan pestisida yang lebih dari dosis untuk menghasilkan tanaman yang terlihat sehat namun sebenarnya membahayakan bagi kesehatan. Komunitas ini mengampanyekan tentang cara bercocok tanam di daerah perkotaan dengan pendekatan tanaman pekarangan. Komunitas Kupang Batanam sendiri terbentuk di tahun 2017 dari inisiasi anak muda yang peduli akan pertanian.
