One of the most important elements of running the program is building relationships with parties both directly in contact and with those who are not directly in contact. The identification of the parties that has been done at the beginning of the program usually does not necessarily result in the expected collaboration. Sometimes even parties that are not taken into account are the key to the success of a program.

Therefore, consideration when involving certain parties must include criteria in order to pave the way for us to achieve what we dream of together.
